Description:

This is a full time, on-site, contract/hourly position located in Sunnyvale, CA paying $50-$75 per hour for 6 months with a good possibility of extension. No telecommuting allowed. Local candidates only.

Requirements:

- Bachelor\u2019s in Computer Science or Software Engineering – At least 7 years of Software development experience – At least 2+ years of JavaScript development in the recent past – Expert programming experience using advanced JavaScript – Experience designing and creating software libraries, APIs, and tools – Experience developing JavaScript framework libraries on top of existing ones like jQuery – Hand-code DOM-based, object-oriented, unobtrusive JavaScript – Expert knowledge of JavaScript scope, closure, AJAX, XMLHttpRequest, XML – Expert knowledge of browser DOM and cross-browser issues – Clear understanding of the various Browser events and event bubbling – Experience working on Firefox or Google Chrome Addons is a definite plus
