- Experience building clean, usable, tight, scaleable websites top to bottom
- Excellent CSS, Javascript, and HTML skills, cross platforms smoothly
- Highly motivated, great working independently and with teams and delivering on commitments with a strong portfolio!
- Comfortable in PHP, can read sql
- Understand structured development, source code control, agile development
- BA/BS CS or equivalent and minimum three years working on things like this position
Startup company developing a high scale, consumer facing web site on traditional LAMP stack. The pages are dynamically generated with our php widgets and use jQuery for client side interactions, animations, and ajax updates. You should be comfortable with developing features from the HTML on down to our PHP apis, extending the apis where needed.
Experience with Lucene/SOLR, Piwik, OO design, Ruby (used on backend), gesture interfaces, Quantum or obscure movie quotes a plus.
