Our profitable rapidly growing company has an opportunity for a passionate and talented Web Developer to work with our smart, fun-loving team in SOMA San Francisco.
The successful candidate will join us to help aggressively develop new capabilities in video sharing for our consumer camcorders. We’re creating a breakthrough online experience for camcorder owners, their friends and families.
This is a full-time employee position.
Requirements for this position:
- 5+ years experience developing notable, high-visibility Web sites – Extensive experience in hand coding of HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, JSON and familiarity with web standards and CSS-driven layouts – Experience with jQuery and/or similar JavaScript libraries. – Ability to create functional HTML pages from design mockups – Experience with JavaScript programming and solid understanding of DOM, DHTML and AJAX – Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues and code solutions for dynamic Web applications – Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop – Experience with version control systems such as Perforce/CVS/Subversion. – Experience with bug-tracking systems such as Jira/FogBugz/Bugzilla. – Working knowledge of Visual Studio 2008 or earlier version. – Ability to work efficiently with QA testers.

Collaboration:
We are building a collaborative environment where all team members work on site during core business hours. Telecommuting is optional on a limited basis if it doesn’t inhibit collaboration and productivity.
